HOIST PLANT SETUP & MAINTENANCE
East Bay Engineering has extensive experience planning, constructing, and commissioning various mine shafts for sinking and mining operation including planning and executing hoist and winch installations, galloway assemblies, rope ups and changes, conveyance installations, and commissioning of overall hoist plants and equipment. No matter the size and scope of your hoist plant, we can help.
LIFTING AND RIGGING STUDIES
We understand what it takes to build an industrial complex, commercial building, mine, and to execute any large or small construction scope. Do you need assistance with rigging and lifting studies? Do you require customized below the hook lifting devices? Do you have a large piece of equipment you need rigged safely? Are you having trouble planning your lifts and require detailed lifting plans and crane matting layouts? We have extensive experience with mobile cranes, custom lifting assemblies, and lift planning.

Our engineers have extensive experience in the mining and industrial industries designing various mechanical systems critical to mining and plant operations. Some areas of expertise include hoisting, piping, sheaves, mine ropes and conveyances, and ventilation to name a few.
We can also support your operations with regular maintenance engineering offering support such as shaft and shaft inspection, bin, chute, conveyor, hoist, and other other inspections, providing technical reporting and ongoing maintenance engineering.

PROJECT ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PLANNING
Do you need an experienced Project Engineer to support your construction project? East Bay Engineering can support remotely or via full time on site support and supervision of construction activities, provide construction services including design, drafting, scope of work definition and detailed planning, modeling, test plans, and quality control.
Other planning capabilities include mine and hoist plant set ups and commissioning, steel construction, process piping installation and testing, lifting and rigging, scheduling and procurement. Our experienced team can deliver preliminary and detailed construction plans, schedules, construction support drawings, and commissioning plans.
